**Language Training and Work Experience. Many graduate students choose to visit Cardiff to improve their English Language skills, whilst others come here for a period of Work Experience, varying between 2 weeks and 3 months. Placements are arranged through an agency, and superior accomodation in a well vetted private home is an essential element of the scheme. Students make their own arrangements for travel to Cardiff, and use public transport during their time here. Longer term stays are possible, and with it the opportunity to study for an English language qualification at a local college.
